Good stay

It was good. We were hardly there. We spent most of our time at a family members house or shopping. A storm did come through one morning and they lost a top section of their building. We never heard it hit the ground.

Needs a lot of improvement

Room was not clean. Tub needed to be rinsed prior to use. Hair in the tub. Bathroom mirror was inconveniently located. Was too low. Room location was too loud. Located right next to laundry. Probably would not stay here again.

Lacie at the front desk was wonderful! I was there because my stepdad was in the hospital a few blocks away. Lacie accommodated my needs for early check-in and check-out. The room was nice, clean, & comfortable as were the public areas. I highly recommend this Comfort Suites and Lacie deserves a raise for being so awesome!!!

The hotel needs some updating but everything was clean and the people working there were friendly. The bed was quite firm and the tv was a bit dated but everything worked as expected.

There was no toilet paper holder. The showerhead was very dirty. The walls were cracked, and the cabinets were peeling. The mini fridge was left open when I entered the room. It was made very clear that room service would not come to the room unless requested, but they knocked on the door every day at 8 AM.

First of all, i know there may be a shortage of employees however when you only leave 1 employee for the overnight shift, you need to reduce their tasks so someone is near the front desk almost at all times. Yes there was a sign that stated the receptionist was near but doing other tasks, pick up the phone next to the computers. Well i did that multiple times. Still had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to show up. No one should have to wait that long. On another note, the room appeared to be cleaned, but after you start looking, it really wasnt that cleaned. The tray that the ice bucket and cups sit on was very disgusting.
