"The AC was out when I arrived and did not come back on until the middle of the night. Went to bed hot and woke up a few hours later freezing. No compensation was offered for this inconvenience"

"The room is considered clean. Staff is ok. But the breakfast very limited choice . However the housekeeping look like didn’t check the toiletries supply because I found used stuff did not removed and especially there is no extra roll of toilet paper while when the first roll of toilet paper is almost running out when we check in."

"Great hotel. Rooms are spacious, well appointed, great pool and amazing breakfast. What was lacking was the ability of the front desk staff to provide good restaurant suggestions. There should be a list that the hotel provides with suggestions. I would definitely recommend the Eastern and Oriental Hotel and would stay there again."
