Good but aircond not functioning well

Overall it was good. Hotel’s location is strategic & staffs are helpful & friendly. Car parking is free. But one of our rooms (No 2808)’s aircond seems is not functioning well. Once we closed the connection door between the 2 rooms, then we felt that room 2808’s aircond was not working well. But since we stayed for 1 night only and it was late, so we didn’t make any complaints.

St Giles is strategically located on Jalan Magazine. Many good dining options are all found within a radius of 10-15min walk and some even closer. It is five minutes away from the popular Hin Bus Depot creative flea market (weekends only) and also the ever bustling Jalan Penang. The hotel is clean and comfortable with an eco-friendly attitude.

Good for single occupancy.

Overall a good experience but the room was rather small. A mirror at the desk would be useful or at least an extendable make-up mirror in the bathroom. Also, our room had a connecting door and we could hear our neighbours talking amongst other things(!) and likewise assume they could hear us.

Housekeeping could be only once in two days. However we requested for daily housekeeping as we felt rubbish needed to be cleared from the room everyday.

Overall is good as mentioned above. But the thing i don't really impress. Was told by front desk Premier king is only available at the both end corners. Which is not true. This is my 3rd time staying in this hotel. And previously i was given the room in the middle. And oso the air-conditioning is not cold and no hot water at times. They came and changed the filter but still there's not much of a difference. That's why i was offered to change the room but was given oso at the corner. Pleased look into all mentioned before assigning a room to all your guess to prevent any inconvenience. And hopefully my next trip will be a pleasant one without any hustle. Thank you 😊
