"Great hotel, handy to the tube, plenty of local shops and cafes in walking distance. Room was very clean and spacious. Room did not have carpet, which I thought strange, but it was probably more hygienic. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again."

"This is a halfway house for druggies! We had 5 rooms for workers and they refused to stay another night!! First night one of the guys had a spaced out girl just randomly come in to his room and sat on his bed."

"As a family of four with one young child and an older one, when we arrived I was a bit shocked that the kids bed hadn’t been made up, given it was after 8pm and the hotel knew this, this was an issue - further more there was no bedding which meant I had to go to reception as the phone had a problem to attempt to resolve, the lady who helped was lovely, but shouldn’t have been put in this situation to start with. Ten minutes turned into 25 still no knock and kids now beyond tired.. when I did manage to fix the phone oh we’re really busy, shocking and I expected more having stayed at a number of properties with Hilton shame this didn’t match the same high standards. When the knock came the chap was lovely gave the bedding then left.. so we then spent a further period making bed, putting sheets on duvets etc - I feel like I should have been the one paid for the night not the other way around. Won’t be rushing to book - wish I’d stayed at the Radsison"
