Hotel room was dirty with very stained carpet, towel rods that fell off, washcloth with huge hole and stains. The hotel had no heat and was pumping heat into hallways so areas in hallway and some rooms were unbearably hot. No pool. No housekeeping daily in room. Definitely should have been a reduced rate for all the problems. Hotel should be closed until they can do the necessary repairs.

If you only need a bed… this place works

It worked for what we needed but man oh man. Lots needs to be fixed. We stayed from Thursday to Sunday for a hockey tournament. Rooms were decent. Beds comfortable but pillows were tiny and terrible. Pool is broken. Apparently has been for months. The heat is also broken. So they have this massive industrial diesel heater pumping heat into the lobby and hall on the main floor- the heat is almost unbearable. The staff made our stay. They were kind, helpful and tried to make the best of what could have been a bad bad situation. Whomever owns this hotel, put some money into it. Fix the pool and fix the heat. Your staff and customers/patrons deserve better.
