It was an amazing stay! Beautiiful pool and large hot tub. My kids had a blast, and there was enough room for our whole family. Sally at the front desk was so welcoming and friendly, We will definatly be coming back

Not worth it!

I rented the 2 bedroom suite but apparently it flooded but no one called me to tell me that? The beds sagged in the middle, furniture was extremely uncomfortable and breakfast was over and done very quickly. Staff was nice but I won’t be staying there again especially for the price I paid!

Would stay again

Overall stay was good. The beds were comfortable, location is good, free breakfast, rooms were clean. I wish the fans would have been clean as they had lots of visible dust on them in the room. We struggled with the heat and air for about a day and maintenance came to change batteries and it was fine after that. We attempted the pool but I think there was a party going on and it didn’t look very clean do we decided not to. All in all I would stay again.

Woke up at 2:30 in the morning to a man forcing his way into our room while me and my 8 year old little girl slept! Not sure if it was security, police or a total stranger. He asked if there was “anybody in here” I said “yes we are sleeping" 2 or 3 times. He made eye contact with me for 10 seconds or so and continued to stand in the entry way between the 2 bedrooms in our suite, then left without saying a word. I didn’t get back to sleep from 2:30 to 7:30 which was our wake up time for our flight. Front desk shrugged it off as saying “we had a security worker check the wrong room,” and that it. Why wouldn't you call my room phone, or text me on the cell phone to check if we or anyone is in the room before you come in in the middle of the night while me and my precious daughter are sleeping? I still haven’t gotten a proper response of what the hell happened, or any offer of compensation, which I will definitely be demanding when I call corporate Hilton headquarters tomorrow. If I need to get the Anchorage police involved, I will.

Not the worst but not the best

The corners were dirty, the bed was broken on one side, and the dishes and cabinets were not so good. Breakfast had fresh fruit and all the usual continental things and was tasty. Pretty quiet for the most part.
