"I thought this was going to be a nice hotel! The price was high, parking was terrible-the line for valet and check-in was backed up along the road, the hallways were dark and grungy, everything needed repainted. The room was small, the bathroom even smaller. The wallpaper was coming off, there were cracks in the wall and crown molding, the crusty curtains wouldn’t close, there was hair on the bathroom ceiling! The water drained very slow in the tub so we had to stand in water to shower. Overall a good location but an overpriced hotel with outdated rooms. Will not be staying again."

"Check in process was easy however once in our room our experience is as followed. Our counter tops were covered in sticky substance, someone else’s belongings were on shelves, pubic hair in shower, shower curtain stained, cabinets wouldn’t shut, toilet leaked, some sort of blood/mud colored substance on the floor in bathroom. We attempted to call regarding the toilet and the phone wouldn’t work. Went down to front desk and they offered to adjusted our room location. Once in our new room, our AC was giving us issues and my bed had what appeared to be blood stains on sheets. We were restricted on time and availability to adjust what we could do due to prior obligations paid for and coming from out of state. The hotel it self appeared okay however there were a lot of banging sounds during our stay in our new room and was extremely hot everywhere in the hotel including their restaurant. Unfortunately this was a disappointing stay we were really looking forward too. At check out we expressed this again and we were advised to call back when management is at building. Pros: hotel staff was nice, food was good in restaurant"

"The hotel was quiet and clean. Lots of parking and easy check in and check out. Has been updated. The only downfall was the toilet had to have the handle held down for it to flush. Overall would stay here again if I was in the area. Didn’t use the restaurant or breakfast. It’s was $20 per person for the buffet."

"It was not disclosed that the property was under construction, the pictures on line were of the completed property. When checking in, we were given a double queen when we booked a King, and the front desk was not apologetic at all, just "sorry, nothing I can do about it". Also, there wasn't a working ice machine to be found. Upon showering, there was also no conditioner, container was empty. Poor experience over all."
