Staff went above and beyond the call of duty. Bathrooms were well appointed with lots of fluffy towels and a deep tub to bathe in at the end of a long day. The bed was tremendously, supportive and comforting at the same time, like sleeping on a cloud. I would definitely come back here to rest and recharge.

All good - it was a bit of a challenge to find the hotel when I arrived in St. Louis, and I was surprised that it was part of the Casino complex. However, once I arrived and checked-in, the experience of it was great!

The views from the pool were great as well as the access to the Spa with the whirlpool. Restaurant experience was underwhelming for a very nice hotel but it was kind of convenient although service was NOT fast or attentive. The room did have a comfortable bed. First room had a bath tub that was not working properly and maintenance came and tried to fix it and could not, so I was switched to a suite to "compensate". The suite had a special view and a working bathtub. The experience overall was pretty good. Thanks.
