The room climate was good, about the only good thing, there was adjustable AC and heat. The parking area on the smoker side was full of cigarette butts and dirt. Looks very unswept and unkept. I did have a smoking room but you can see smoke areas that were not cleaned from the walls. The covers for the ceiling lights had black marks on them that was perhaps grease or tar. When I went to wipe it the black marks did come off. The room hair dryer they provide was dirty not wiped off. There was only one trash can in the whole room. They have a lack of wash Rags you're lucky to get one. And if you have a room on the second floor be aware because there is no lights in the hallways for the steps going up and down. The mirrors were not clean. As stated on their site their coffee makers are provided in the rooms. There was no coffee maker. You had to go downstairs to the office where coffee was supposed to be available from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.; however, that machine was broke. The last time I stayed it was also broke. Under the circumstances, I have to give this hotel/motel the rating I feel it deserves, a 2 poor.
