Very busy reception due to flights being cancelled. The staff were calm and courteous to everyone, despite some feelings running high amongst passengers. Immaculate bedroom & bathroom (219), nice temperature with aircon controls available. Lots of lively hot water too! The pumps for the hand soap and lotion dispensers didn’t dispense very well at the basin. Apart from that absolutely spot on.

Horrible experience on recent stay. No heating in any of the common areas, kitchen printer broken so no food after 90 minutes waiting because they missed my order completely despite paying in advance. GM not to be seen. No apology and still no reply from a formal complaint. Do not stay here, terrible service for a supposed ‘quality brand name’

The Room was very clean as was the bathroom and toilet, The lift on the way up tto the room was very clean. Clean white cups with enough tea making items. The room was warm and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was good and plenty to eat and the staff member who was on duty at the time was a very pleasant . The only negative part of breakfast was the eating area was very cold. But it was a very nice stay and very easy to get to the Airport just a short walk outside of the Hotel.

The staff were lovely. Checkin with James was quick easy and couteous. We booked a larger more expensive room to avoid sharing a bed. When we checked in, the room was ready except for the sofa bed being made up.
