"I was disappointed with the “breakfast included” advertisement. What was offered was not what most travelers would consider a breakfast. The only available items were coffee, milk, orange, and yogurt to grab and go. There were no pastries, bread, fruit selection, cereals, or other breakfast options. I think the hotel should describe this more accurately so guests know what to expect before booking. If you’re choosing this hotel because of the included breakfast, be aware that it is more of a very limited grab-and-go snack than a real breakfast."

"The room was very clean, the only issue was that we had to wait a couple minutes even before 3pm, the check in time, to be able to check in bc the hotel was very busy and the room wasn’t ready, but staff got on it and all good."

"Throughout my visit, the elevator was out of service, which required me to carry my luggage to the third floor. Despite informing the front desk of my knee issues, they were unable to provide me with a room on the first floor. Additionally, the room was not properly cleaned and had a strong odor of cigars. I also found that both the hand soap and body soap dispensers were empty. Due to these issues, I do not intend to stay at this hotel again in the future."
