Welcome to Sunset Place located on the 7th floor in the Escher building, where the developer's vision was to design a building that would push the boundaries of modern architecture in Victoria and redefine what people have come to expect from a new downtown home. Developers aimed for a forward-look, modern in both design and materials, a bridge between Fairfield's quiet residential streets and the downtown core.
A favourite feature is the rooftop terrace, complete with lounge, kitchen and BBQ areas, washroom and views overlooking downtown, Fairfield and the Olympic Peninsula in the distance. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, while full-height cabinetry and ample counter space make preparing (and even storing) food a pleasure.
