Awesome Apartment in Venice

We loved this apartment right on a busy canal in Venice. The location is very central to both San Marco and the Rialto. The apartment is spacious and very well appointed. Despite being on a busy canal where you watch the gondalas going past all day it’s very quiet at night. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and the team at Views On Venice were very helpful

Spacious apartment, great location

Our flight was delayed and the staff was very helpful in arranging a late checkin and a water taxi to pick us up. Christina was very responsive with all our needs. Very happy with our stay.

The property is in a great location. it would have been nice if the owners disclosed that they were under construction. We had to walk through the the construction every time we came or left. We came home one day and it was like walking through a dust storm.

Perfect location from which to explore Venice

Exceptional experience indeed! Best location in Venice! Two large extraordinary bedrooms with lovely en-suite bathrooms. Large, living living room with a complete kitchen if you feel like coooking ! We will be back!!

Luxury in Venice

This was a fantastic apartment for 2 couples. We had tons of common space and the bedrooms offered total privacy. If this is in your budget you will NOT be disappointed. Great location, close to all the major sites. Also 2 balconies to look out on the canal was a great plus. Definably would recommend.

loved the location, the service from mr Alvice and team. Also interior design was great and very Italien. Even the noice from singing gondoliers & garbage boats were charming. my wife loved the bathroom designs and function. we'll be back

Great apartment centrally located

Lovely space with ample room, large sound proof bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Easy access by water taxi! Only real negative was the front door keys were a bit difficult to use - often took multiple tries to open the door. But overall was very happy with our stay

Beautiful Views Inside and Out

Everything was spectacular from arrival to departure. We arranged a private water taxi through Views on Venice for both arrival and departure and highly recommend it especially since the station is at the building. The courtyard, lobby, security and accommodations were all excellent. The apartment is very spacious and luxurious. We loved the 6 balconies overlooking the canal from the apartment!

We absolutely loved this apartment - canal views, direct canal access for motor taxi, location, style, fittings, space, security, history (Mozart stayed in the Palazzo)...we could go on and on. The sliding doors on Master Bedroom are very stiff

Venice Vacation

Great property on a canal. We enjoyed watching the gondolas go by everyday and listening to gondoliers serenade gondola riders. It was a dream. The apartment was super spacious and perfect for our family. Very clean and the location was fabulous. It was a short walk to San Marco Square and very close to Teatro La Fenice. Would recommend this apartment to friends and family.

Excellent!

The location can't be beat. Minutes to just about everything. We especially liked exploring the Castello area, which was a bit quieter. The views from the four balconies were awesome! Water taxi from the airport the way to go! The VOV staff were extremely helpful and responsive. Very professional. A fabulous experience!

Beautiful palazzo on the canal

The villa was a perfect location for our stay in Venice. Our host was able to arrange private water taxi from the airport and met us upon arrival at the villa. It was beautifully appointed with all modern amenities. It was spacious and comfortable. The balconies from each room were lovely for watching the gondolas along the canal. Great central location for exploring Venice however our only complaint is that there was a lot of noise in the morning from the garbage boat servicing the hotel across the canal.

Beautiful View

The Venice apartment was stunning!!!!The views out of the 6 balconies were magnificent! The location couldn’t have been better… very close to coop, shops, restaurants and the grand canal! We felt very safe as the unit has a keyed gate to enter the building prior to entering the apartment. Venice was very hot when we were there. The AC is good - not as cold as what we are use to in US, but definitely good enough. We would definitely stay again! They also had a fan which was helpful. There were 2 individuals that assisted us during our stay and they both were fantastic (Amir and Erica)! They booked our transfer to and from the airport for us which was nice to not have to worry about that. Great experience! Highly recommend.

Venice Palazzo

Beautiful huge property right on a canal. We had 5 balconies! Very spacious and being in the cooler months, heating was great. The location was perfect. Close to San Marco and Rialto areas. We arrived by air into Venice and opted for the private water taxi that dropped us off right at the property. Also used it for the trip back to the airport. I thought the ride was a bit pricey but in the grand scheme of things well with it. Loved the space of the apartment. Would highly recommend!!

What a treat to stay at this apartment

This apartment is extremely spacious, well decorated, spotless, and wonderfully, centrally located. Excellent communication, service and support was provided. Being situated right on a canal was an extra treat- I loved watching the gondolas go by out the window. Overall a very relaxing, easy place to call home while you are in Venice. The bedroom layout and bedding worked perfectly for us traveling with 2 children but do make sure (and I'm sure you do) to tell others that the third bedroom is a twin bed and is reached through the second bedroom. Again, it worked perfectly for us but might not for others.

AMAZING property! This two level apartment is perfectly located. We will be suggesting to friends.

The booking process was a breeze. This unit is so spacious. The photos do not even compare to how large these rooms really are. All of the furniture, fixtures and lighting are brand new and stunning. We loved every minute of our time in Venice , in large part to this property. Imagine staying inside the 16th century palace belonging to a Venetian Doge! The booking agent Caterina was so helpful with restaurant suggestions and coordinating transportation. Having a concierge on site was an added plus as well. Thank you Elvis! We will return someday!

Superb! Eine tolle, große Wohnung in bester Lage

We had a great time. The flat is in an enviable location which meant we could go back during the day. It was spotless, is very generous in size, has fabulous views over the canal as per the photos and a direct pier for the water taxis and gondolas! We cannot praise it enough. Annalisa from Views on Venice met us late on arrival day and everything was very straight forward. We have already recommended the company and flat to many friends and would gladly return. For those who need it, some help with heavy luggage would be great. Otherwise, nothing to suggest!

A Slice of Heaven in Venice

From the moment we arrived via private taxi (that VoV arranged), we were cared for until the moment we departed. The location was amazing. We felt safe and secluded… and yet, we were within steps of everything. Everything was clean and spacious. English instructions for the washer/dryer would be nice, but not necessary. I was able to google instructions. This is nothing that is fixable, but the noise from the canal with early morning deliveries can be somewhat of an annoyance. However, you can’t avoid this with any waterfront property. Bring a sound machine, and you’ll be fine!

Venice is Amazing!

The best way to sum it up is I wish we had more time at this property. It delivered in every way you can think of. Amazing rooms. Amazing location. Amazing views. Annalisa was so helpful at all time a before and during our stay. She can arrange a private water taxi to and from the house. Believe me you want to do this from the airport and back! The house is so close to St. Marks Square and centrally located for anything and everything else you want to do from eating to shopping to sight seeing. Super clean place. Very nicely decorated. Can’t say enough good about the place and Annalisa. I WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK TO VENICE ONE DAY AND STAY HERE AGAIN! Thanks!!!

THE ONLY PLACE TO STAY IN VENICE!!!!

This was our second trip to Venice in 2 years. We would never stay anywhere else. The apartment is beautiful. Wonderfully located and very reasonably priced for the lovely space. Communication with VoV team is superior. From booking with Annalisa to check-in with Valentina and Enrica, the VOV team went above and beyond to ensure an enjoyable stay. We mistakenly forgot our credit card at the SanMarco airport when paying for a private water taxi and Enrica arranged to return same to us personally at the apartment. Alvise the concierge is second to none. He is warm and friendly and will assist you in any bookings/recommendations that you may need. The ONLY place we would ever stay in Venice. And yes, we're coming back next year!!
