Staff was fine but the room was absolutely disgusting. It had a strong odor and mold all over the bathroom. The entire room but for the beds was filthy. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The staff were friendly at check in. You can tell the building and grounds used to be very nice in its day. Could use an upgrade on carpets and bathroom fixtures. A new tub and toilet would go a long way. You can hear neighbours through the walls. Thankfully, we were the noisest ones around and didnt hear our neighbours. 😆 Kids! Breakfast was pretty good. No GF or DF options though. Quiet neighborhood for a weekend! Cheapest option in North Van. Pretty average hotel/motel.

The rooms were in need of refurbishment and were run down. The staff were extremely helpful. The location was far from the city centre, but it was easy to get an Uber, and the savings of staying here versus downtown, made it worth the stay.
