It's a newly renovated, fully furnished 2-bedroom unit with a big living room and 1 bathroom. Plenty of free street parking. Double bed in each bedroom.

The bed mattress was thin with no box springs. The sheets on the bed were stained and had crumbs. The place was advertised as a 2 bedroom, but it looks like the rooms can be rented separately. No couch or TV. The bedrooms had small windows that couldn’t be opened, so not legal bedrooms. The bathroom is tiny. No room to fed dressed in the bathroom. Very small shower. No hand towels only bath towels kept in the bedroom closet. We didn’t stay and asked to have one night refunded, but the host hasn’t responded to. My follow up email. 15 minute walk to sky train station, so longer to downtown than advertised.

It was very spartan. The kitchen had minimal equipment. It was okay for the few hours that we were there, but you wouldn't want to linger.

We were pretty unimpressed with this property. It was not clean at all - floors and baseboards were filthy. I have never seen a bathmat as dirty as that. There were no comfortable seating options and 2 sets of dishes despite being advertised for 4 people (the beds wouldn't sleep 4 comfortably anyways).. it is a converted garage so very poor ventilation. Other areas for improvement would be having a coffee maker or specifying there is none there. Also there is a stove but no pots or pans which I have never come across before.... best thing about this is it is walking distance to some lovely parks.
