The hotel is beautiful, Warm and welcoming. The front desk and staff are efficient and helpful and greeted us with freshly made cookies and smiles. The rooms are a little small but beautiful and very clean. The restaurant is wonderful. We had dinner and a nicely laid out well maintained free breakfast.

The room was VERY small and the bathroom was even smaller. The shower wouldn’t drain so we were standing in water while showering. The courtyard and lobby are beautiful but the actual rooms and bathrooms leave a lot to be desired.

Room was clean and comfortable. Associate at desk was friendly and courteous. Only issue with check in, there was only one luggage cart and it was in TERRIBLE condition! Very difficult to use, loaded with luggage. Hard to push for a 73 yr old woman!
