It is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good. It is a cold breakfast except for waffles in the shape of Texas. The furniture is old but clean.

There is a train that makes quite a bit of noise when it comes through across the street... It came through twice in the evening...There was sewer gas smell occasionally in the bathroom.... Probably from loose toilet... The beds were fine, the beds were clean, the shower was decent... The important things were good enough

This property feels like it has seen better days. The exterior of the building feels run down and in maintained. The room felt dingy and little to no care was take to ensure it was thoroughly cleaned. There was dust on most of the furniture. The fridge had not been thoroughly cleaned. We rented a king bed that came with a total of 3 pillows. Some of the furniture had damage to them from animals. Overall the place was poorly maintained and has seen better days.

The old adage you get was you pay for applies here. The room was clean but the bathroom floor could have been cleaner. The shower curtain was very stained and had a unknown small something on it. The breakfast was ok just Kellogg cereal and the usual make your own waffle, fruit and yogurt
