"I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Edgewater Inn. Not only did we encounter bugs in our room during our stay, but the problems continued even after we checked out. After leaving the hotel, we began noticing unexpected charges being added to our account with little to no explanation. When we contacted the front desk for clarification, the staff member (Esther) we spoke with was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. To make matters worse, we were accused of violating hotel policies, which was completely untrue. Despite our attempts to address the situation, we felt unfairly blamed and were not treated with respect. Instead we were told “Just dispute the charges”. Between the bugs in the room, unexplained charges, false accusations, and poor customer service, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. I expected a clean room and professional treatment, but unfortunately, Edgewater Inn failed to provide either. I would not recommend staying here and would encourage future guests to carefully inspect their rooms and review their bills after checkout."
