Not great customer service to be honest. I asked online if I could have a first floor room or access to an elevator. The receptionist did not even ask if I needed a particular room. I asked where the elevator was and she pointed at the map on the end of the building where my room was. So I drove over there and when unloading my car and pulling my cart to the elevator she had mentioned, it was open and completely out of service. So I walked around the whole property including the lobby the whole time asking where a working elevator was. Honestly if I were handicapped and needed an elevator I would be incredibly upset. As it were I can use the stairs so its not that terrible. But comeon.
Also no mini fridge in the room?! In alllll my years staying at hotel rooms I have never stayed at a place without a fridge. So very disappointed and will never book a room here again.
