If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I've always stayed with La Quinta and had good experiences, until I stayed here. I booked with Travelocity, and the pictures are VERY deceiving. I was given a room on the second floor, which I wasn't too worried about since it was right near an elevator. I'm disabled, so as long as I have an elevator to help me up with my stuff, I'm good. The elevator was broken, which the staff HAD to know about since there was a sign, but they still told me there was an elevator there I could use. I caused myself a lot of pain having to haul myself and my belongings up those stairs several times. I contacted Travelocity to see about a different hotel, but they didn't care. Right across from my room there was construction and graffiti all over the walls. The stairwells were dirty and had trash strewn about in piles. Our bathroom had rusted door hinges, and the fire sprinkler above the shower was rusted. Everything was so outdated. The free breakfast was a joke. An entire hotel of people, and they only had ONE waffle maker. Also only one cart to help people bring their things in. As I said before, the pics were very deceiving. Every La Quinta I've ever stayed in, you get to your rooms through the inside of the hotel. This was more like a motel 6 because you enter from the outside. This place was Motel 6 quality with La Quinta prices. My entire weekend was ruined because of this hotel, and their absolute disregard for their disabled guests.

I hate to write bad reviews but I am doing this to prevent families from having a similar experience. My family of four (2 kids/2 adults) stopped here because I thought it was going to be convenient and affordable to stay by the airport and since it was only one night I thought we were going to be fine. They assigned us a room on the second floor back part of the hotel. As soon as we parked we saw trash everywhere, indigent people digging in cigarette 🚬 stash. (we felt unsafe) we get to the room and don’t get me wrong, it was a big suite but it smelled like smoke and was dirty. I already feel uncomfortable with COVID and sleeping in a bed that it’s not mine and we encounter situations like these. My husband walked back to the lobby and asked for another non-smoking bedroom and even thought it wasn’t a big room, at least that one smelled like it was clean. Thank God it was only a one night stay because I hated to tell my two and four year old to not touch anything. I am so sorry for this review but please try to keep rooms clean, especially in these times of COVID.

This hotel is terrible! It’s dirty, looked like it wasn’t sanitized at all and it just looked sketchy. If I’m correct people actually live there. Never staying there again.

This property advertised breakfast - no was provided. The property allowed people to smoke outside - there were lots of cigarette butts out each door. Ask for a late check - out was told not available - I requested this when I made the reservation. Curtains were torn 100.00 was taken and held for "5" days - really??
