The room was wonderful, the staff outstanding but the elevator was slow to respond and my card used to call the elevator took several swipes. Loved the Hotel but did not like the elevator. That being said, I would totally stay there again.

I was so pleasantly surprised - surprised this was discribed as a 2-star hotel! The place was spotless, the accomadations fantastic, the staff were great, and the breakfast way beyond the usual free breakfast. I would 100% recommend this for anyones stay! The only slightly weird thing was the hotel is on top of the parking. Makes since when you're limited on parking space, I had just never seen it done before.

The staff were friendly and helpful and that was much appreciated. The room however there were many issues. The pillows were falling apart and the mattress was worn out and needed to be updated, the towels were thin and worn out and too small for body towels, and the comforter was thin, not warm enough so we had to use the extra blanket from the closet. We liked the wood floor instead of carpet but the entryway was sticky and dirty. I’m not sure why there was an 70 inch tv on the dresser in front of the bed. It was way too big when sitting that close. We ended up watching the tv that was in the sitting area. Lastly, the lamps by the bedside were too bright, not soft white but bright white.

The hotel was clean, the staff helpful and efficient, and the room clean and comfortable. I appreciate that the parking is under the hotel (street level) and there's a nearby elevator to go up one floor to the lobby. Or a set of stairs. That way, in the lobby or in the room, you feel up and away from things. Nice, bright, spacious lobby

We experienced a lot of noise during our stay. The pictures of the rooms were outdated. The rooms were older than expected. The wear and tear definitely shows. The housekeeping was lacking in service. We asked quite a few times and did explain what we needed. When we came back the bed was made with our dirty sheets that were not changed. After asking multiple times for service we just gave up. Unfortunately we won’t be staying here again. We did have a nice encounter with the desk at check out. Very nice and apologetic. Otherwise staff was mostly unhelpful for the during our stay and made little effort to help make our stay more comfortable.
