Location wise great 5 mins from airport. Room outdated for Hilton quality. Sofa bed instead 2nd bed not ideal for the price paid therefore didnt use. Cleanliness bathroom ok very clean , dust behind bed lamps not great. Not enough coffee milk for 2 people. Staff friendly very good service. Charged 50 extra on arrival deposit , hidden cost showed after booking. Breakfast o.k. Overall positive experience. Would I book again ? Only because of location.

Friendly Liverpool

If I could remember the names of the duty staff, I would individually name and praise them. I discovered a number of defects in our assigned room; (408) and reported them at breakfast. they were all remedied before we had finished our meal! We could not have asked for more supportive and friendly staff.

Excellent hotel with great service.

Great location, not just for the airport but for the city centre using public transport.Rooms were very comfortable with great air conditioning.Breakfast was excellent with cereals and pastries starting at 4am and a cooked breakfast at 6am.

when we got there we was told to pay £50 upfront and if we have any food eat they will just keep the £50, when my dad booked it it said breakfast included that's why he chose you over the premier inn , that's where we will go from now on

For a Hilton the lack of staff was terrible 1 person behind the reception so qué to check in then 1 person behind the bar so long qué for drinks then to top it off 45 minute wait (after asking someone where my food was) some microwaved muck arrived instantly. Rooms a bit dated. Breakfast abismal, food missing and the parts that were there burnt (8am so prime time breakfast) tables mucky and with plates left from previous guests - only one member of staff again it seems Worst Hilton IV stayed in, I won't be back again.
