Booked a double bed, got a pushed together twin. Room was a little on the tired side. Shower was tiny, leaked over the floor, and had the toilet immediately in front of it (had to step out diagonally). 3 Tage vorher Ankunftszeit mitgeteilt, 1 Stunde vor Ankunft Vermieter über Verspätung wegen Stau informiert und dann kommt nur als Antwort, dass das Haus schon belegt ist wegen Doppelbuchung. Dank Agentur Novasol konnte wenigstens eine Ersatzunterkunft bekommen werden

"Booked a double bed, got a pushed together twin. Room was a little on the tired side. Shower was tiny, leaked over the floor, and had the toilet immediately in front of it (had to step out diagonally). And not their fault, but the road to the hotel was blocked, so had to walk with our luggage some distance to get there. No communication to inform us of that."
