All the towels in the room were dirty with stains. Could only find 2 outlets to charge my phone . One way in the corner by the window the other behind the tv stand i couldn't use. The room just wasn't clean or maintained overall. People are paying money, the least you can do is provide clean towels and bed sheets.

Room smelled funky, moist as soon as you walk in. I found some small knats on bed and bed felt damp. I always check beds when I first get into a room. One bed had some stains on the flat sheet, and I asked for new sheet. The young man from front desk asked to see. He came in, and I showed him. He looked at it (took his finger to scratch at stain) and was like oh it's ok. It's fine. I told him I would like a clean sheet again. He said he would ask housekeeping. Never heard from anyone and no clean sheet. So I covered it (luckily it was toward the side and lower down). Also had stain on a towel. They need to update all websites about the "breakfast on the go." ONLY had few packaged muffins, coffee, water, and tea. Not even juice. I have paid cheaper or equivalent and they offered juice, milk, cereal cups, fruit, yogurt, as well as, tea, coffee, and muffins. The lady at the desk the next morning was very nice. She even mentioned some close by places for breakfast. 1 night Stay: September 7, 2025
