I am usually pleased with Candlewood Suites . Very spacious and comfortable . The bathroom could have been cleaned better but overall a great value . Bed are very comfortable

I booked this room through Expedia for one night and through the company page for the first night. The assistant at the desk told me they didn’t have rooms available, even though his website allowed me to book a room. He eventually called someone and found that they had a room available. It took 40 minutes after midnight to get to my bed. I slept good once I got to my room, and it was comfortable but it would be nice if staff were familiar with the property and availability. He also would not allow me to leave my things for my second night stay that was booked through Expedia. I had to check completely out, put my things in my car and re-check in later that day.

They did not give me my double beds for my daughter and I. They gave me a single queen bed and a cot. Did not have any other rooms with double queens available. They blamed it on Expedia of course. They don’t have any usb charging ports whatsoever so you better bring your own. I won’t be staying here again because of inconveniences.
