"We were given a room that was a little run down. The platform of both queen beds had a cover that looked like it hadn't been cleaned since they opened. There was water damage to the ceiling of our room by the window and the beds. The wall around the AC was damaged. Can't tell if the AC was replaced or someone tried to rip it off the wall. The walls looked like they had been painted recently, by a child. Also, you could not sit on the couch in the room, let alone sleep on it. It swallows you whole! It was a handicap accessible room right in front of the elevator, we did not request this. Checkout time is 11am but a housekeeper came by our room at 9am and knocked like she was the police! I opened it just to hear her say, "Oh! You're still in the room? I will be back later!" Then she walked off. "

"Parking was safe, the room and bathroom were clean. The two things: (1) coffee maker was broken I was going to make coffee but the machine won’t come on. (2) there was no Iron but the iron board was hanging on the wall. I didn’t have time for breakfast."
