Great place to stay. Clean, comfortable, and yes a private pool 3 steps away. Gym was clean and air conditioned. Main pool was a wonderful spot to relax and cool off.

We had a wonderful stay! The property is absolutely beautiful. The house was clean and well stocked with the kitchen items we needed. We also found the location to be very walkable to great restaurants and not too far away from where we did most of our shopping. 10/10 would recommend and visit again.

Great place! Location was perfect in the more modern are of Tulum. Getting around on scooters is highly recommended. It made our stay even better. 3 big bedrooms. Full kitchen. Air conditioning. Well stocked. Easy and quick communication. The community pool was amazing and extremely quiet. We highly recommend this property.

The place is as pretty in person as it is in the picture. It is a great location. The local host team was incredible. They were very responsive and accommodating. They listened to all requests and resolved them quickly. Wonderful experience..

This place was awesome for our family of four. Pictures are accurate. Private pool was wonderful for our two kids, but the big pool was sensational and there was hardly ever anyone there. Condo was quiet and tucked away from booming clubs but a short walk to shops and restaurants. No coffee percolator - throw your aeropress in your suitcase if that's your preference. Parking spot is extremely tight!! But after tucking our review mirrors in we became pro at slotting it in there. Building complex was very secure which we loved. The security guard was a real sweetheart. We would stay here again and recommend this property!!

The house and pool were so beautiful and clean! I loved this property so much!! The main pool was awesome too and I was able to get a massage. My only complaint was the parking spot is very small. We had to tuck in the side mirrors every time to come in and out. But overall it’s 5 stars!

One of the best spots in Tulum!

Everything from beginning to end was absolutely awesome. The host is everything you want - attentive, informational and accommodating! The location is beautiful and the pictures are absolutely accurate. The pool is great for late night soaks with lawn furniture under the beautifully lit trees. 10 stars Thank you

Lovely rental property in Tulum

Beautiful property, good location. I would only suggest they have more property keys available, particularly for gates, 1 or 2. This made access in and out of the community difficult if more than one person was leaving the property, and having no access to the front made it difficult for drivers to understand where we were.

Really beautiful, spacious and well-kept living space and grounds - photos are accurate. Comfortable and clean beds and large bathrooms and nice showers. Host was very responsive. We loved both pools, especially the public one - big enough to swim laps which was a bonus - we surprisingly had it to ourselves the whole week. Quiet area (other than traffic noise - close bathroom doors at night to block that out) - for the first few days we thought we were the only ones living in the building / compound. You do get the sense that this neighbourhood is new and in development. Glad we decided to rent a car last minute at the airport when we arrived - I think it would have been a bit tricky to get around otherwise with 2 kids in the heat. Ice cream shop, a 7-Eleven and a cafe 5 min walk away. Tennis club/coffee shop right next to the apartment. Parking spot is tight, but you get used to navigating around a street lamp post to get in and out (don't rent a large car!). We weren't able to connect with the wellness spa to book the hot tub or anything else - we were told by hosts we have to connect with them separately, but never could after trying several times in person and by phone. Spent 2 days at the beach - paid for beach / national park access, then paid for an umbrella at Playa Paraiso. Stunning place to call home on our holiday in Tulum!

Great place; some bumps

This is a fantastic home and property. Truly great. And highly recommend it. Photos accurate. We loved it. Having said that a couple of things to be aware of:1. There is only one set of keys available. This is a really challenge because there is a locked gate that needs a key to get in (or out). So your party has to all stay together (or a lot of planning) because some people can't leave easily if others are out. I urge the owner to design a better system. 2. The cleaning crew was about two hours late. They did a great job and we worked around it. But for some, it could be a challenge.3. Missing extra sheets/comforter for the additional sleeping sofa. All in all a fantastic place!
