Lovely little apartment

A lovely modern little apartment in a good location for the town. Could use a couple of additions like a kettle and washing machine. Cleaner came every two days which was great. Swimming pool very small and that area doesn’t really get the sun so not ideal for sun bathing. Bit noisy outside during the day but quiet at night.

We liked the location, in a nice neighborhood of Tulum Pueblo, near a decent supermarket and access to colectivos and lots of restaurants. Communication from the property manager was good. The place was a good value.

Points positifs, bien situé, proche des restaurants et des commerces, logement confortable et spatieux. Personne réactive. Points négatifs, logement situé au rez-de-chaussée et donnant sur la rue donc bruyant et sombre, mauvaise insonorisation, places de parking petites, normalement 6 voitures mais seulement 4 pouvaient se garer.

My fanily stayed for 5 nights and it felt just like home. We were able to cook at home for dinner and eat out at the local awesome restaurants. To my delight there is a woman named Sofia who hosts Zumba everynight at 7pm for 30pezos right across the street. The staff at MiTilum answered all of my question via WhatApp effectively. My kids loved the little pool as well. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location, about a 10 minute walk to the center of town, and across the street from a grocery store. The host was very communicative before and during our stay, and check-in/out was simple. We loved the rooftop with plunge pool and all the fun birds that visited. The street is well lit and we felt safe walking home at night. There is only a futon in the living area, so probably best for only 2-3 people if you plan to spend much time there. Overall a great stay!

The managers were great with everything. The place was clean and well equipped. Comfortable bed, perhaps lower than im used to but thats not thier fault. It was coveniently located. It is on a bit of a back street. You can still hear traffic, since your probably sleeping with your window open. And there were some dogs that would bark at night across the street. Its also next to a yoga studio that can carry on a bit if there is an event. It is urben so those are tbings youll jist have to deal with. But the property was perfect. I had a jacuzzi and rooftop patio where a lot of time was spent.

This place was very nice with good working A/C. It was a short walk to the the best grocery store in the city, and right next to a nice little yoga studio. I would definitely stay at Mi Tulum again.

Perfect location and amazing rooms

Stayed at mi tulum with my gf for a few nights and loved it. Communication was top teir. They reached out a day or so after we booked and welcomed us. We booked about 5 months in advance. We spoke again the day before travel and once we landed in cancun we talked up to tbe point of meeting for check in. Check in was smooth and easy. Tere showed us around the apartment and how to turn things off and on. (Spend the extra and get the top level room with the private pool) after a day of walking tulum we decide to ask for recommendations on bike rentals and they told a few spota that were great and didnt try to rip us off. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Ac worked almost too good. Woke up freezing a night or 2. Showers were clean. Pool was nice. Private off street parking for bikes, mopeds, and cars. Very happy with out stay and our host. I highly recommend you to stay here. If we return to tulum ill be staying here again.

Although there was no front desk, there was always someone we could reach via whatsapp if we needed anything (towels, toiletries, etc), & they were very friendly & accommodating! The condo/apt building was walking distance to the stores, car rental spots, & restaurants, & maybe around 15-30mins (depending on traffic flow) to the Tulum hotel zone. I thought it was the perfect spot to stay at!

Huge apartment for the price, full kitchen (the chef knife gave me a blister when I was making Pico de Gallo, but I got to make Pico in Mexico. So... worth it), real uncomfortable couch, like I would sit on the ground, excellent shower, easy to check in late, close to a grocery store, conveniently placed between Centro, some of the better Cenotes and Playa Paraiso. Go to La Coquetta down the street for 10/10 guacamole and rad shrimp tacos.

I stayed at one of Mi Tulum's two-bedroom apartments with my husband, my baby, and my parents to celebrate my birthday and now I want to stay there every year and celebrate my birthday with them. I was iffy about staying with them due to the lack of reviews, but I am so glad I booked to stay with them. Vanessa and I were in communication from boarding the plane from NYC to our arrival in Cancun to check-in, and throughout our stay. Vanessa is amazing! She took care of us like family and the entire staff was very welcoming and super attentive to details. The apartment was SPOTLESS and they even offer room service daily although we didn't make use of it. There is a supermarket at walking distance which is super convenient if you want to make use of the spacious kitchen – they have everything you need to whip up a meal. The surrounding area is full of amazing restaurants and shopping. I can't wait to return. Thank you Mi Tulum! Los quiero mucho!

The property was very nice and close to everything! I stood here with 2 other friends for 3 nights and we really enjoyed ourselves here. There was 2 rooms in our apartment which had their own restroom, very convenient! The weather during our stay was a bit humid but the AC in our apartment worked excellent! Would definitely recommend.

Très bien équipé mais bruyant à cause des chiens d

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement familial, parfaitement équipé. Un toilette mal nettoyé et les sols de la cuisine sales, sinon tout était parfaitement propre. Une machine à laver le linge aurait été un plus. Beaucoup de bruit à cause des chiens qui aboient en longueur de nuit, logement au rez-de-chaussée, du coup impossible de bien dormir dans les deux chambres côtés rue. Les places de parking sont trop étroites et ne pouvions pas garer notre véhicule chaque jour.
