The Gentleman at the desk was great. Smiles from ear to ear. I felt very welcome. I am a very honest person tbough if you dont look too close the room looks great. I did kill 2 roaches I'll be waiting for my exterminater fee. I did feel safe. Just remember. You get what you pay for so if you are a princess this is not the place for you. But if you can hold your own I'll see you next time

I reserved two nights on Travelocity May23-25 for a homeless man to get out of the horrible rain. The worker, whose name is Norman, made him leave the room a day early, the 24th, saying he didn’t have a reservation. This is after using one night, 23rd, of the reservation. When I called Norman he hung up on me two times so I had to go over there. This man called the police on me when I confronted him about the reservation. He would not even look at my confirmation number or payment. He said they did not get payment through the third-party Travelocity, but big question is how did he stay one night the 23rd and then get kicked out the next day? The girl working there Saturday the 23rd, said to use Travelocity so that I didn’t have to come over to the hotel to pay. So I did it through Travelocity. The housekeeping even said the room was booked through 25 May. Then he told the police that they did not do third-party reservations, so he LIED to the Police!! Norman probably wanted to rent the room again $$ already knowing it was paid for. Norman was rude, told me to shut up several times and lied over and over. Don’t reserve this hotel. You may get thrown out for no reason!!
