The place was old and run down. Didn't take a shower because the bathtub looked dirty due to peeling paint and/or wear. The bathroom was almost non-excitant, the curtain were old and ripped and coming off of the runners. Room key didn't work and I was afraid to leave my room because I didn't want to get locked out. I won't be staying here again.

The hotel smelled like piss and cigarettes the minute you walk in. If you are eager to see a bed bug infestation go here, there were bed bugs and they didnt change the sheets on the bed, hair everywhere. Bathroom had pube hairs all over the toilet. 0 STARS. WORST HOTEL EVER. Please safe yourself money 💰 and find a nicer one! Cheap prices arent worth your sanity, i recommend the hilton gardens inn, so much nicer and no hed bugs and they change the sheets!!!

I wish Expedia would audit these hotels; this hotel looks nothing like the pictures. The front desk manager lets her thugs hang out around the grounds. There's a karaoke bar on the 2nd floor, I wished they would have ask if it was okay for me to be next to the loud noise. The carpet is old and has a mildew smell. They keep on blaming it on renovations, but it's been a year and this place still looks like crap. I don't recommend this place and posted my concerns on social media about how rude the front desk manager was to me.

Absolutely terrible. If I could rate at a zero I would. The staff was very anxious at the front desk, irritated with questions. We couldn't find the elevator, when we did it out of service. We finally found one around the front of the hotel, buttons were broke and very creaky. The hallway on floor 4 stunk and there were damaged ceiling tiles. When we got to our room 422, we opened the door and an overwhelming smell of deoderizer hit us. The smoke detector had been ripped from the ceiling, wallpaper was peeling, burn holes in the linens, and mold in the bathroom. We immediately left and still have not received a refund and expedia did not refund either. What an unsafe place to stay with a ripped out smoke detecor and mold!!

The room was fine, the bathroom was absolutely horrible the tub was filthy, the toilet looked nasty. So they have a bar on the 2nd floor and someone threw up on the floor it’s looked disgusting. I would not recommend staying here what’s so ever, even if you are trying to save, it’s not worth it, they also had roaches in the rooms.

The entire property needs to fumigated there were cockroaches in the bathroom and In the room it’s self the staff was very Rude and serve such as house keeping was not done properly towels were set outside the door tone exchanged house keeping never returned with clean towels the front deck clerk gave me one set of clean towels and stated they didn’t have any more clean towels to give me for my wife the elevator smells of burnt oil or grease as you ride in it to the2nd and 3rd floors to get to the rooms the entry door the the glass way that the rooms are in has a gate style latch with a pad lock style lock system that uses a pad lock to secure the door with is not in compliance with fire code the hallway carpets were discussingly dirty and smelts like rotting waste this was one of if not the worst experience l have Ever had staying at a motel I would Nto Recommend this properly to anyone and will Not stay at a clarion property again based on this experience

Grossest Hotel Experience

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Check-in went fine but when we went to shower there was only 1 towel for the 2 of us. I got a new towel from the front desk and when I went back we found a bed bug in the shower. After complaining they sent us up 2 floors to a new room. We debated leaving but it was late and the odds of us finding a new room would be slim. The new room they sent us to was smaller and we had to downgrade from a king size bed to 2 twin beds. There were no towels in the second room either. We showered and the shower only had 2 temperatures: boiling and surface of the sun. It was one of the most uncomfortable showers I've ever taken. Then after the shower we found a cockroach. I told them I was leaving and got a refund, but with it being 11:30 at night I couldn't find another hotel in town and we ended up having to make a trek out of town in the middle of the night. The people working the counter were super nice and helpful the whole time going through it, but good customer service can only go so far.

I won’t stop here again.

The room I stayed in was not good at all. The toilet ran all night and the floor had not been cleaned. The headboard on the useable bed was loose and I felt like it was going to fall. You will see in the pictures that I turned back to find a stained comforter with what looks to possibly be a blood stain. The entire places felt dirty. I had checked in late and pre-paid. I slept about 5 hours and left asap. I reported the condition of the room to the desk attendant on my way out.

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in my whole life. The building is very old, the elevator stinks, the sink and the bath tub were clogged. The bath tub was dirty. I decided to take a shower wearing flip flops but the water was super hot and was impossible to regulate the temperature. I would have left but it was midnight and I had travel for many hours. Expedia shouldn't list that hotel. Terrible!!
