So much fun for the kids!
We stayed at this home for 3 nights with our 7 grandchildren ages 1 1/2 to 13. They all had a wonderful time! There was so much for them to do. The water lily pad was a hit, as well as fishing from the grounds. We brought a remote control motorboat and used it in the canal. We made s’mores, used the hot tub, and did karaoke on the upper deck at night. The pantry is filled with games for all ages, including balls and paddles that the kids enjoyed along with the outdoor net for a kid-style pickleball.
The house itself is very pretty. We appreciated the large dining table. There is a regular coffee pot as well as a Nespresso machine (no Keurig). The only thing we really would have liked was more silverware, so bring plastic or your own if you need more than 6 of anything. The house was stocked with plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, trash bags, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent.
We tried to take a walk to the lake but weren’t able to find a cut-thru with public access. A very nice neighbor though invited us to walk to her backyard which was open to the beautiful lake.
Overall, I highly recommend for a fun filled time. More geared toward kids because of the two rooms with bunk beds, but truly anyone would enjoy the property. We certainly did and hope to return in the future!
