HOUSING:

The house is located in the municipality of Tournan-en-Brie, in the center of a fenced and wooded area of ​​2500 m2. Ideal for family or friends' gatherings, the house has a large basement equipped with a dart game, a foosball table (balls provided), and a ping-pong table (balls and rackets provided). There is also a Bluetooth speaker easy to connect.

The house consists of 5 bedrooms with a total of 14 beds: 3 on the ground floor, including 2 with a double bed and 1 with two single beds. Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms: 1 with 6 single beds and the second with a double bed. A baby cot with its mattress and changing table, as well as a baby toilet seat, are available in the accommodation.

On the ground floor, there is a bathroom and a separate toilet. The first floor has a shower room and a separate toilet. There is also a workspace with a desk upstairs.

On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner gas stove, a gas oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a kettle, a toaster, and a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules optional). The living space consists of a dining room of about 35m2 with sofas and a dining table that can accommodate up to 10 people (an additional table for 4 people is available in the kitchen), a fireplace, and a 55" (139cm) TV. The accommodation is equipped with dishes and utensils for 14 people. If needed, an ironing table and iron are available. You will also have access to a washing machine and two dryers in the basement.

A large enclosed garden surrounds the house and is equipped with a charcoal barbecue (charcoal optional), 4 sun loungers, and two garden tables.

CHECK-IN:
Check-In: 5:00 PM
We make every effort to make the reserved accommodation available as soon as possible and no later than 5:00 PM. Therefore, check-in can be done on the first day of the reservation at the earliest at 5:00 PM unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

CHECK-OUT:
Check-Out every day except Sundays: 11:00 AM
Check-Out on Sundays only: 5:00 PM

Before leaving the accommodation within the allotted time, we kindly ask you to follow all departure instructions described in the house rules. Please familiarize yourself with the house rules before making a reservation.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
For each reservation, a security deposit of €1000 is required from the tenant via a bank imprint (not debited, so it does not affect the credit limit) through our partner SWIKLY. This amount will be released after your departure, except to deduct the amount of a "cleaning supplement," any damage caused, or in case of non-compliance with the house rules. You are responsible for damages caused by misuse of the villa. The payment for repairs or replacement of damaged or lost items will be your responsibility. They will be primarily deducted from the security deposit and billed additionally if the security deposit amount is insufficient or in full if the deposit was not requested at the beginning of the stay.

LINEN:
Bed sheets are provided. Upon your arrival, the beds will be made with freshly washed sheets. Towels are not provided in the rental. We offer them for rent as an option upon request at the price of €5 each.

PARKING:
Possibility to park several vehicles inside the property. Other vehicles can be parked in the free parking lot just in front of the house.

INTERNET & TV:
The house is equipped with ORANGE fiber. You will also have the option to watch digital television channels from the living room TV.

NOTE:
The accommodation is equipped with sound meters installed only on the exterior parts of the dwelling to anticipate any overflow that may cause noise disturbances to the neighborhood. Your conversations are not recorded in any way. The sound meters only record the volume level.

PET POLICY
Pets are welcome at no additional cost under the following conditions:
- They must be clean.
- They should not cause any damage to the accommodation.
- Do not allow them to climb onto beds or sofas.
- Clean up after them.
Dangerous animals are strictly prohibited.


NEIGHBORHOOD:
The house is located in a quiet and peaceful residential area.
10 minutes walk from the city center of "Tournan-en-Brie" where you will find all necessary shops (Bakery, Bar, tobacco, restaurant, bank, butcher...).
The train/bus station of "Tournan-en-Brie" (RER E and line P) is a 3-minute walk from the house. Accessible from Paris in just 25 minutes by taking line P from Gare de l'Est.
Access to National Road 4 in 3 minutes by car.

Séjour villa magnifique
La villa est magnifique, et tant que toutes les portes sont fermées au sous sol, les voisins n'entendent absolument rien même avec une grosse sono à fond. Réservé pour fêter un anniversaire, la procédure d'entrée sur les lieux et celle de sortie est immédiatement précisée dans ses moindres détails. Propriétaire extrêmement réactif et aidant. Rien à signaler, excellente expérience.

J'ai fêté mon anniversaire avec mes proches et nous n'avions pas de quoi accueillir tout le monde. Le logement est parfait pour un week-end avec beaucoup de place. Il y a assez d'espace entre les différentes maisons pour être sûr de ne déranger personne.
