Disliked: Cleanliness
Organizational part very good, cleanliness bad
We are aware that in August accommodations are usually more expensive, however, if you pay a lot, you expect a certain standard and value for money needs to be appropriate.
Let's start with the good part:
Booking and check-in were very flexible and convenient. Also, the location was pretty good (beautiful bay) provided that you don't mind walking up and down a hill.
The first beach (very crowded) is indeed only 5 minutes on foot, the one with less people is around 15min away.
Unfortunately, there have been negative aspects:
Kitchen:
The cleaning equipment in the kitchen (towels, sponge) were dirty and smelly, the dishes were still greasy and had stains on them as if they had never been properly cleaned before we arrived.
Besides that, tomatoe sauce stains were all over the wall in the kitchen and an old piece of bread was lying behind the fridge.
Basics:
One is supposed to separate the garbage, however, no plastic bags are provided. Without them, the garbage men do not pick up the waste. Moreover, only 1 toilet paper roll was provided. One might think, basic equipment like those things are included in such a high price.
Bathroom:
The towels did not really smell fresh and the laundry machine was rusty and dirty.
We think the apartment has a lot of potential as a holiday home, but only if yoj keep it neat and tidy. The above-mentioned negative aspects need to be considered in the future. For us, the apartment left a negative mark on our vacation. It's a pity!
