Apartment in a semi-detached house located 10 meters from the beach of Foxi Murdegu known as MELISENDA.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two separate beds, a bathroom and an open space with kitchenette, table and sofa.
The exterior includes the veranda on two levels, the garden, the barbeque, the outdoor shower, the corner of the washing machine and parking for the car.
The apartment has a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, oven and microwave, fridge with freezer, television and air conditioning.
Outside the washing machine, drying rack and clotheslines, hot shower, barbeque and parking for cars.
The area is very quiet, the beach is free and uncrowded with the sea slowly degrading, very suitable for children.

Tranquillità a 2 passi da una spiaggia e un mare stupendi.

La casa è piccola ma ha davvero tutto quello che serve, compreso il posto auto e una comodissima doccia esterna riparata da occhi indiscreti. Il mare è davvero vicinissimo, in pratica la casa è in seconda fila rispetto a quelle che si affacciano sulla spiaggia. Anche in pieno agosto si riusciva a stare a metri di distanza dai vicini di ombrellone. Nei paraggi ci sono due buone pizzerie e una rosticceria, oltre a 2 mini-market abbastanza forniti. Il proprietario Andrea è gentilissimo, così come sua sorella che ha abitato per qualche giorno nell'altra metà della casa bifamiliare. In conclusione ci siamo trovati davvero bene e raccomandiamo il posto per una vacanza di assoluto relax.
