J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour au W Toronto. Dès l’arrivée, on est accueilli avec le sourire dans un cadre chic, moderne et artistique. L’ambiance est à la fois urbaine et détendue, avec une belle attention portée aux détails dans la décoration comme dans le service. La chambre était confortable, avec une literie parfaite pour se reposer après une longue journée. Les petits plus comme la machine à café, les produits de bain de qualité et l’éclairage intelligent ajoutent une vraie touche de confort. Le seul petit bémol sur le bruit, les chambres n’étaient pas assez bien insonorisées. Un hôtel que je recommande sans hésitation, que ce soit pour un séjour professionnel ou une escapade en couple.
