I couldn't even get the room.the deposit wasnt allowed any way i tried. I had a credit card number but no physical card with me but they wouldnt let me check in. I also asked if it cohld be put on visa debit, that also wouldnt do then i asled if they cohld use my bank for the security deposit and they wojldnt do that either. Of course the room was paid for about 44 minutes before check in, through my visa debit. So that money is gone from my bank now. I attempted to get it back but it will take a day or two.

Cockroaches. Found in the bathroom and on the wall next to the bed. Dirty. Drink splash stains above the garbage can in the bathroom. Drawer doesn't close. Always rolling open. Carpet is humid. I was told I was getting a refund. I was supposed to stay 2 days. Left as soon as I found the roaches. Only refunded one day. Showed front desk all the photos. Can't believe they didn't refund the whole thing. Shameful. Place had 8.2 stars from reviews. It's false. The room is not even remotely like the images on the listing.

Room felt neglected… had cold water only some days in the shower. Restaurant is very expensive for what is offered, I used to come often to this hotel but I find the building is getting older and not maintained. I do not think I would stay there again.

I requested three times for the bedding to be changed due to visible stains, but it was never replaced during my three-night stay, even after speaking directly with both the front desk and housekeeping. The walls are extremely thin, and there is no noise isolation — I could hear everything happening in the adjacent room. One night, the guests next door were loud and smoking weed, which filled the hallway and even my room with the smell. The following night, the couple in the next room were being intimate, and the noise made me very uncomfortable. The bathroom was also unclean, with hair left everywhere, which aggravated my OCD. I asked to check out earlier because of these issues, but the staff were unhelpful. Honestly, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had — I will never stay here again.
