The beach view is "ON THE BEACH" as in, if you (jumped off the balcony you would land in it (not recommended). These are Ocean FRONT and Ocean View rooms. 1 Mile south of Topsail Beach Town.

Appreciated the location away from crowded areas. Quiet for the most part and accommodating for people and pets. Room was sufficiently supplied. Needs pitcher. Lots of steps! No elevator!

Great place, great view!

Everyone was so friendly and I especially loved how pet friendly it was! The room was nice with a perfect view of the shore! I think my only unpleasant experience was the mattress, it was old and sunken in needs to be replaced. Otherwise over awesome time!

Great weekend away

Sea vista was perfect location, Ocean front accomodations , rooms spacious and comfortable. We had a large party and booked multiple rooms. We will definitely be back!

November Trip

Ok for a pet friendly place but unit was dirty (especially overhead fan). Lots of stairs to climb especially when taking dog out to potty. Location was good and enjoyed the beach being right outside our window. Good restaurants and shopping nearby.

Can NOT say enough GOOD about our experience!!

We had absolutely the best time for our anniversary!!! This little studio condo was exactly what we wanted and needed! Perfect for a short getaway or even longer for two people. South end of the island and literally the last true oceanfront opportunity before serene uncrowded beach! Wonderful area to walk, ride bikes, and social distance. The staff did exactly what they said they would and complete no-contact checkin. The room was impeccably clean and well furnished. Loved being on the 2nd level and it is perfect distance from the stairs down and beach access. Complete no hassle experience that makes you feel like your are staying in your own unit. Not in a motel. Loved it and made it our go-to lodging for Topsail Island. Sea Vista made Topsail our favorite beach now. Definitely rent bikes from Southend Outfitters. Pat is the greatest! Eat dinner at the Beach Shop & Grill, and grab lunch from Louise at Lewis Seafood!

Great bargain on a great location

The location isn’t necessarily a five-star resort, but it is not meant to be. If you’re looking for a nice beach location without the beach price, this is a great place. The check in process was a little bit annoying as we had to keep calling over and over to get our code, but other than that, I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful!

The room was more than we could ask for! A beautiful beach view directly outside your window! AMAZING! The room was clean and service was friendly. I called the office and left a message asking for clean towels and bed sheets for the pull out couch and had them within just a few minutes! We had a wonderful time and will be back for sure! My only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer! Thank you!
