"This was the perfect hotel for my city break in Istanbul. The room was a little small but for me on my own it was fine and I was only in it to sleep really. The bed I found a bit hard and my air con wasn't working but I spoke to the staff at reception and they got an engineer to sort the air con and put a mattress topper on my bed. The location is amazing with the tram just at the end of the street which is less than a 5 minute walk. I found it pretty quiet with the exception of a few banging doors but you're up early for sightseeing anyway. Breakfast had a vast array of options.i enjoyed a massage here too which was wonderful. The service from the staff here is exceptional and I would highly recommend staying here. The rooftop bar is lovely too. "
