From the moment you walk in to the hotel the staff greets you with the utmost respect. Although their english is very limited, they use translation tools to assist you in every way that they can. I had booked a 3 night stay and during the check-in process the front desk manager let me know that there was a incoming typhoon that could affect my last day on the island. He informed me to that the ferries would most likely cancel for me to go back to Naha. He graciously allowed me to change my booking to a 2 night stay with no extra charges. If I am ever back in Okinawa would definitely stay here again."
