Schöne FeWo in zentraler und dennoch ruhiger Lage

Eine schöne FeWo in zentraler und dennoch ruhiger Lage. Die Ausstattung der FeWo ist vollständig. Wenn ich etwas bemängeln müsste dann wäre es die Dusche die teilweise Schimmel hat und der Abfluss der schlecht ablief. Letzteres wurde nach Reklamation aber am gleichen Tag behoben.
