What impressed me the most was the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. We also loved the shower, excellent water pressure. Bed was not the best but it was better than some hotels and it was comfortable enough that it didn’t give me any back pain. The room was very spacious. Breakfast was better than expected. Will stay here again.

I’ve now stayed at your hotel twice, and after this experience, I can honestly say it will most likely be the last time for us. Our first stay was good, except for the dirty floors—my socks were black within five minutes of taking my shoes off. Additionally, the shampoo and conditioner bottles were only half full, indicating they had been used by previous guests. Despite this, we decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, this time the experience was disappointing. The floors were filthy, there was trash under the nightstands, and used pillows were left under the beds. The bathroom trash can was extremely small—just a soda bottle would fill it so no other trash would fit—and when we asked for another, we were told they were having issues with corporate and had no more to give. It’s a shame because your hotel has great potential, but it really needs staff who will take the time to clean properly.

You have to phone to get someone to come to front desk and check you in. Annoying when you have a dog and bags. Front desk person efficient and friendly. This place is trying to fill a void by trying to be a bit more upscale and glam. Alas, it’s the same as all the surrounding highway accommodations. It feels under construction.
