"The cabin and location was amazing. The cabin had all the necessities necessary, just like home. The fishing mounts throughout the cabin is neat. It is truly a fishing cabin. The close proximity of the boat ramp and tackle shops was an added bonus. Everyone in our group was impressed with the accommodations. Thanks again. "

"The house was clean and well stocked with lots of thoughtful touches. Great location right on Lake Fork, short drive from Alba or Emory. Host very was responsive once he made first contact with us a few days before our stay. (NOTE: questions through VRBO’s “Contact Host” function went unanswered.)All appliances were in working order. Kitchen was adequately stocked with basics for cooking, including the best cookware set I’ve seen in a rental. The bedding and towels were nice, and there were plenty for the number of guests. Large area to sit outdoors under the canopy of trees when the sun is on the deck. Wide path down to the boat dock. Two things missing from the VRBO listing were that the property does have a basic charcoal grill and that the coffee maker is a drip coffee maker. There is no cable, dish or internet but cell service was adequate. Host has an antenna hooked up for TV which was fine for our needs."
