Centrally located walking distance to the wharf and Boardwalk. Beautiful ocean view. Cool retro room furnishings. Nice shower. Great balcony. Very nice staff. Wonderful morning breakfast room service you order the night before and select delivery time. Like the unique beach writing on sand in the morning (I think that is done by the hotel) Only one bad thing, the 1970's style noisy wall unit Heater/AC. Sounded like the surf crashing or a train rumbling by every time it went on. Really? Fix that and it is perfect!

Very loud need new doors

It’s an amazing location. But the rooms need updating everything is outdated. Needs remodel. The main issue is the doors. You hear everything in the hallway as well as everyone’s door slamming when it closes. There is about a 1 1/2 inch gap under the door. It’s definitely a very loud hotel. Do t think your are getting peace and quit.

Babymoon

My wife and I stayed here New Years week for our baby moon. We checked in later in the evening and were given an ADA room. The bed was too low for my wife to get in and out of. I explained to the front desk staff how difficult it was for my wife (7 months pregnant) to get in and out of bed. They were so understanding and helpful. The next morning we had a new room. They brought us extra pillows for my wife and were so helpful. The valet staff were great, always happy and quick to get our vehicle. Being right on the beach is wonderful. The rooms are super clean and very comfortable.
