The room was perfect size and very clean. The young lady at the front desk was new and was very kind and patient with my change in room request. Her manager was very patient and took that opportunity to show her how to do a new task.

Front desk staff was attentive, freidnly and professional. Even swapped out the tiny dog treats for biggerones for our medium-sized dog. Loved the layout of the room - some how spacious & compact at the same time.

Everything at the hotel was great! But, I booked a one bedroom suite with a pull out couch on Expedia and the hotel did not have any available. We were really disappointed.
