"Very friendly staff and easy and efficient check-in. Clean room and comfortable bed. We upgraded to the jacuzzi tub and it was wonderful; especially after a great hike. The pool was clean and ready to go. Disappointed that Expedia said it had a hot tub but it was not working (not the property error turns out). I would have booked at a different hotel if I knew the hot tub was not working but it was still a good stay. The air conditioning took awhile to cool the room- it was not turned on when we arrived so perhaps it could be turned on for incoming guests? Our dog enjoyed the stay as well."
