This hotel seems new-ish in that the decor is more modern and spacious. My room was clean, sheets and towels were in good condition and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom could have been a bit nicer, there was mold growing on the grout in the shower. Overall a better hotel and quiet too.

I booked this room in March…7 months b4 travel and requested a room on the first floor. I arrived an hour after earliest check in and found that I would be need to be on on the 4th floor unless I wanted to have dogs for neighbors on either the 2nd or 3 floor available rooms! Additionally, I went to the trouble of filling all the paperwork the day before I arrived only to be handed the standard sheet to fill out once again. When I asked the desk clerk why I needed to do all this again and that I had already done it as requested on line The desk clerk said, “ oh, no one told me you had already done that”! This hotel needs better procedures and staff training!
