The air conditioner was easy to work and totally necessary in June. The breakfast buffet in the cafe across the highway (we were in the annex across from the main bldg.) was not included but was affordable and very, very good. If it is a slow period and no one is at the counter, just go up and wait a minute for someone to see you. It's worth the wait."
