Spectacular Views in an amazing location!

This was our second time staying at this beautifully located property. The condo is well appointed with all that you could need and is comfortably furnished. The kitchen and all the amenities included are truly a cook's delight. Check-in process was a breeze with helpful videos to navigate the convenient parking garage. After checking in, we realized the property was not as clean as it should be for this type of luxury property. The windows looking east onto the view were amazingly dirty! The Wolf range oven was disgustingly greasy and dirty. So much so that the view through the glass door was heavily blocked. We contacted Jackson, our property manager and to his credit a cleaning crew came and took care of the windows but really did nothing about the oven. I'm a picky cook and I would expect something billed as a Chef's Perch, would be impeccably clean. On another occasion, the Carbon Monoxide sensor and a smoke alarm began beeping about 9:00PM. Jackson answered his phone immediately and told me how disarm them. That response was very impressive and we appreciate the response. Jackson followed up the next day to make sure all was well. We are hoping to book this property again next year, but during our stay, there was a home inspection for the upcoming sale of the property. I hope the new owners will continue to offer this property for rent. The location is amazing and a 3 minute or less walk to all of the finest restaurants Telluride has to offer.
