With an elongated and open living space between the living room, dining room, and kitchen, relax between the regal and rich kitchen encompassing stainless steel appliances and wrap around island space with seating for four people. Make way to the round table in the dining space with seating for eight. Even further toward the Peaks view, the living room circles around the gas fireplace and TV with abundant lounging arrangements. Breathe in crisp mountain air from the balcony while standing in awe of the impressive views of slopes below and ranges beyond.

Go downstairs to find three bedrooms with their own ensuites. The main bedroom has an oversized ensuite with a soaking tub, walk in steam shower, and dual vanities. The second bedroom has versatility with either possibility of a king bed or split king for two twins. Send the kids to the bunk room to play doll house with a playful twin bunk bed and trundle duo.

With just a quick jaunt towards the courtyard, find tasty bites for apres ski at Tomboy Tavern. Hop on the gondola to the Village Market to stock up on breakfast essentials, or decide to sleep in with Baked in Telluride on the way to deliver breakfast burritos and pastries. Centrally located, this home is a delight to pretend to live like a local.

- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 8 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 1.
- There is parking in the underground garage.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
