With great second-story views of adjacent meadows and the surrounding San Juan Mountains, you will love this family friendly, two-bedroom property featuring private full bath, laundry, and fully-equipped kitchen and dining facilities. The suite is smoke and pet free and features allergen barrier bedding and an AccuClean(TM) Whole Home Air Filtration System.

Offering 960 square feet of living space, the large, open great room and vaulted ceilings throughout provide spacious living quarters. Private decks facing east and west let you enjoy sun or shade any time of day. With a queen bed in one bedroom and two twin beds in the other, the suite comfortably sleeps four (five with a youngster on the available cot).

Highlights include the Ridgway Visitor Center, Railroad Museum, Ranch History Museum, Town Park, County Fairgrounds, and River Trail. SHORT TERM RENTAL LICENSE: To help ensure your safety and the quality of your rental experience the Town of Ridgway, City of Ouray and Ouray County have all established standards that short-term rental properties within their jurisdictions must meet in order to be licensed to operate. Cow Creek Suite operates under License No. STR2017-16 issued by the Town of Ridgway. Before choosing a short term rental property make certain it is operating legally with a valid, government issued license prominently displayed in their listing or call the appropriate local administration offices to verify the rental property is properly licensed.
