Te Aroha Hotel & Travel Guide\n
Te Aroha has just one option. So if you wish to stay a short drive from the central area, it is best to book early.
Travelers trying to find a Travelocity-listed room in the heart of Te Aroha may not have a lot of options besides the excellent Te Aroha vacation Park and Hot Pools.
The Te Aroha vacation Park and Hot Pools is located 0.5 miles (0.7 kilometers) from the downtown precinct of Te Aroha. Alternatively, the Central Motor Lodge is about 12 miles (20 kilometers) away. Alternatively, check out the rates and amenities at the Matamata Central Motel or the Tower Road Motel.
While you are here in Te Aroha, try and leave enough time to visit North Island's other attractions. North Island is marked by beaches, coastal plains, forests and rivers, and other interesting visitor destinations are art museums, nature museums and history museums. Common things to do in this area of New Zealand include snowboarding, skiing and tobogganing.
Manukau City is 60 miles (98 kilometers) to the northwest of Te Aroha and is home to Rainbow's End and Westfield Manukau City Shopping Centre. The Asure Camelot Arms Motor Lodge and Grange Lodge Motel are just some examples of the great long and short-stay options in Manukau City. 25 miles (42 kilometers) southeast of Te Aroha, is Tauranga, which features the Hotel on Devonport and Bennetts Thermal Pools Motor Inn. Regardless of whether you're passing through or spending a few nights in Tauranga, make sure you venture to the Memorial Park and Robbins Park.
Simply because you are on a break, should not mean that you can't enjoy your obsession with a day at the stadium. Find Waikato Stadium 30 miles (47 kilometers) to the southwest of Te Aroha. Anybody hoping to stay in the area surrounding the game should read about the Best Western Hygate Motor Lodge or the Argent Motor Lodge.
For travelers planning on arriving or departing via Tauranga Airport, you might want to book a Travelocity-listed room at Trinity Wharf Tauranga, or The Terraces at Ocean Beach, each of which are close by.
