What an amazing find. So clean, well equipped and the staff were very friendly. Our room was nearest to the roadside and was very quiet on the first night. Second night (midweek) the road was much busier and there was an extremely loud helicopter overhead at around 5am, presumably heading to the nearby hospital. This wouldn't stop me booking again though.

Graeme is a fantastic host, super emphathetic as I checked in for visiting relative in hospital nearby Property is 5 min max from Waikato hospital, clean and neat and has everything one needs for a comfortable stay be it short or longer term

Great welcome and people. Nice big room with good amenities. Would like a recycling bin for bottles etc. The towel holder in the bathroom fell off the wall and hit me in the foot - a wee screw in the base of that would stop it happening again. Comfortable mattress, sheets like cardboard. Very clean sheets. Everything i needed was there and the place was so close to the hospital, super convenient.

When i booked this motel at the last minute due to a unexpected hospital visit i had to make i got a call from the manager who just casually said, you are most welcome to check in early as the room is ready if you would like. I thought this was amazing. Plus the property was absolutely perfect.
